Nothing seems more fitting for spring than these beautiful pastel colours used by Marios Schwab. This has been my favorite palette of the shows so far. So simple and beautifully shows off the materials.
We all know that Spring is generally the season for prints, but at the NY Spring 2010 shows this seemed particularly apparent. The prince of prints - Proenza Schouler - was joined by Thakoon and Derek Lam to create a haze of clashing and miss-matched prints that used every colour under the sun... and then some. Be it just a dash, or the entire outfit down to the shoes we're ready to embrace the print!

These three shots are from the shoot titled "I am an Island" from the latest Oyster magazine, whose theme was 'Outsiders'. I really like the carefree quality - especially in the last photograph - and I love the composition and colours of the middle shot.
I love Benny Horne's photography. His use of light and shadow is amazing and he really plays around with light in his personal works. He is often featured in Russh magazine...the last photo is from an editorial featuring Karlie Kloss.
When travelling I collect postcards. I suppose as a tourist they are eternally attractive and I find they remind me of the sense of a place unlike some of my photos. Some are classic 'Wish you were here' ones - others more abstract.
These three are a series of ones I got in Bangkok, Thailand. They are both disturbing and immensely appealing.
